Quality Assurance
The objective of the ETS quality assurance system is to establish the baseline of organisation and activities to ensure testing services and facility maintenance compliant to customer requirements.
The ETS Quality Assurance Manual defines the actions to meet the above objective by:
- Quality Management Standard ISO 9001, issue 2000 certification,
- ECSS-Q-20-07A "Test Centres Quality Assurance Standard" certification,
- Assurance that all requirements related to the service are adequately specified,
- Working according to processes that are consistent with the customer requirements,
- Demonstrating that the performance requirements including specified
margins are obtained
- Monitoring of personal qualification, training and motivation,
- Establishing adequate controls by internal audits,
- Maintaining a non-conformance control system in order to systematically track
NCRs related to the test centre and to prevent reoccurrence.
Quality records are maintained and analysed to report and detect trends in due time to enable initiation of preventive and corrective actions.
