The objective of the ETS Test Programme Management is: Test execution according the specified requirements, within the planned schedule and budget; all at the highest degree of quality, at low and controlled risk and in a safe environment. The ETS Test Programme Management organisation that has to reach the above objective is depicted in the figure below.
The ETS single point interface to the customer is the ETS Test Programme Manager who reports to the Customer and ETS Managing Director who also assists the Test Programme Manager as Contracts Officer. The ETS Quality Manager interfaces directly to the Customer and has his necessary independence.
Within the ETS internal organisation the Test Programme Manager interfaces with the ETS Technical Managers of the applicable test domains, the Administration Team and the ETS subcontractors/suppliers that either deliver facility modifications, hardware or provide engineering support.
