The ETS organisation reflects the experience gained by ETS in test centre management, maintenance, operations. The organisation is focussed and optimised to the current customer needs and comprises three main elements:

- The management team
- The administration team
- The technical team

The management team consists of:

- Paul-Eric Dupuis: managing director

- Jean-Laurent Le Carreres: quality manager
- Alexander Kübler: marketing & sales manager

- Steffen Scharfenberg: manager mechanical
- Eric Bonnet: manager thermal
- Cees van Zijtveld: manager EMC & Infrastructure
- Jean-Sebastien Servaye: manager data handling
The administration team consists of the administration manager, test programme managers, project controller, procurement officer and assistants.
The technical team consists of qualified and experienced personnel for the operation and maintenance of the test facilities and test centre infrastructure assigned to the following domains: Mechanical testing, Thermal testing, EMC testing, Infrastructure and Data handling.
